The EasyKipp system

The Basic tipper trailers are equipped with a hand pump as standard. The EasyKipp system was developed to make handling easier for the user. This innovative system is optionally available for all tipper trailers with a total weight of up to 2.7 tonnes. It enables uncomplicated tipping with a standard cordless screwdriver and thus replaces the function of the hand pump. The EasyKipp system is convincing all along the line thanks to its simple handling, high-grade workmanship and first-class quality.

The new pendulum flap

The pendulum flap made of anodised aluminium with robust steel mountings is also new on the market. This makes it much easier to unload the goods to be transported and is also very easy to handle. The robust steel mountings enable reliable closing. The likewise optimised pivot point ensures a better flow during the tipping processes due to the modified guidance on the vehicle frame. The new pendulum locks made of forged steel with rubberised grip offer more comfort and counteract wear through automatic readjustment. The use in combination with the new tipping trailer attachments is also guaranteed without any problems.

The new attachments

These include the closed tipper trailer attachment made of solid sheet steel, the box attachments in 350 mm or 500 mm and the grass rails in 600 mm or 1000 mm height. With the larger selection of attachments, the range is even better adapted to the customers' requirements. Among the major added values of the revision are the easy handling and the increased stability and robustness of the attachments. In addition, they offer unbeatable benefits. Thanks to the innovative locking system, they can be operated without opening the base shelf. They can be opened on three sides and have a fixed end wall so that goods can be loaded and unloaded from all sides. All attachments can also be mounted and dismounted completely without tools.
