The new EasyKipp system for tipping trailers
Easy tipping up and down with a cordless screwdriver.
The new tipping trailers can now be optionally equipped with an innovative system. For some models, the EasyKipp system offers the possibility to further facilitate tipping up and down. It can be operated by a cordless screwdriver and thus replaces the function of the hand pump. The new system is convincing all along the line with its easy handling, high-grade workmanship and first-class quality. And there is something else that makes it stand out in this market environment: It can be easily retrofitted to existing Böckmann tipping trailers from the current series.
The EasyKipp option is available as an accessory for all backwards and three-side tippers with a total weight of up to 2.7 tonnes.
It is a parallel-connected gear pump that can be conveniently operated with a cordless screwdriver and a 17mm socket and thus simplifies tipping operations enormously. The required cordless screwdriver should have at least 18 V and a torque of approx. 45 Nm, depending on the load. If no cordless screwdriver is available at the moment, tipping can alternatively be carried out via the conventional hand pump. Both systems run via a pressure relief valve to protect against pressure peaks, so that "over-tipping" is impossible.
Another advantage of the EasyKipp system is that the perfectly tuned hydraulic system allows easy tipping even with maximum load. The optimised power ratio guarantees trouble-free tipping even with heavy loads such as wet sand. The drive of the cordless screwdriver is not affected by this. Due to the high-quality materials, a long-lasting use of the system is guaranteed. The compact design and intelligent arrangement of the components allow maximum ground clearance and manoeuvring in confined spaces.
