The plywood van trailers of the KT series with white or optionally grey bodies have first-class basic conditions: The construction is made of a robust aluminium twin bar profile and is therefore very stable. In addition, the lowered chassis ensures comfortable loading. With an interior height of 2020 mm, the KT 3015/20 H F model can master any heavy transport task practically and safely.

Robust construction

Solid frame construction made of anodised aluminium profiles, continuous steel cross beams (from 4018 with longitudinal beams) and plywood sidewalls that are multi-bonded and plastic-coated ensure robustness, weather resistance and colour stability.

Loading heights

For particularly easy loading and unloading of the van trailer, the F-models have a very low loading height of 440 mm. For the standard models it is 560 mm.

Clearance height

The models are available with different clearance heights depending on the model series. The marking M and H describes the different height.

Solid door construction

The door construction consists of a solid rear portal frame with a lockable single or double wing door (depending on the model) and additional reinforcement on the inside. The door is opened by an anodised aluminium espagnolette with a plastic handle and can be fixed by a stop on the side of the trailer. Rubber seal with double rubber lip protects against moisture.

The V-drawbar with flat handbrake lever is bolted to the chassis, making it particularly easy to operate and maintain - for a long service life for your trailer.

A drive-on ramp (incl. lifting device and throw-on plate) can be installed instead of a wing door. For non-slip and comfortable loading, we offer three types of flooring: aluminium checker plate, rubber flooring or silicone coating.
