Lashing shackle system

The lashing shackle system is spring-mounted, rattle-proof, easy to lock in place and is flat with the base plate when not in use. Depending on the size of the trailer, the quantity of lashing shackles varies between 6 and 8 pieces. Loadable up to 400 dAN. Further lashing shackles can be retrofitted as accessories.

Solid door construction

The door construction consists of a solid rear portal frame with a lockable double wing door and additional reinforcement on the inside. The door is opened by an anodised aluminium espagnolette with a plastic handle and can be fixed by a stop on the side of the trailer. Rubber seal with double rubber lip protects against moisture.

The V-drawbar with flat handbrake lever is bolted to the chassis, making it particularly easy to operate and maintain - for a long service life for your trailer.

Drive-on rails

The original Böckmann aluminium ramps make loading vehicles easier. The load capacity per pair is 2000, 2400 or 2700 kg. Each model can also be equipped with original Böckmann motorbike rails. When loading, please always consider the permissible total weight or the payload of your trailer. We recommend to use the ramps in combination with support legs.
